Der über offenes Feuer gegarte Flammlachs ist ein besonderes Gericht, welches nicht nur geschmacklich sondern auch optisch auf voller Linie überzeugen kann. Der lachs typische Geschmack wird über dem offenen Feuer mit einer aromatisch rauchigen Note versehen. Um ein hochqualitatives Lachsfilet in ein Flammlachs zu verwandeln, wird es 60-90 Minuten schonend über dem offenen Feuer gegart. Für mehr Geschmacksvariationen können auch Räucherchips beim Garen verwendet werden.
