Zart, wohlschmeckend und dabei auch noch extrem fettarm. Zander hat wenige und leicht zu entfernende Gräten und punktet mit weißem, magerem und zartem Fleisch. Zander schmeckt nur dezent nach Fisch, dabei aber trotzdem keineswegs fade.
