Stremellachs
(Salmo salar)
Beim Stremellachs handelt es sich um feinstes Lachsfilet, welches eine besondere Zubereitung genießt. Im Gegensatz zum herkömmlichen Räucherlachs, setzt man beim Stremellachs auf das heiße Räuchern. Dabei wird der Räucherofen bereits im Vorfeld auf circa 100-100 Grad vorgeheizt. Der Stremellachs wird demnach im heißen Rauch zubereitet, was einen deftigen Geschmack zum Vorschein bringt.
