Das Lachsforellenfilet vereinigt das Beste aus der Regenbogenforelle und dem leckeren Lachs. Durch angefüttertes Karotin ist das Filet der Lachsforelle appetitlich rot gefärbt. Durch braten, garen, grillen oder räuchern schmeckt das saftige Lachsforellenfilet unbeschreiblich zart und intensiv. Das gesunde Seafood ist dabei fettreicher als eine gewöhnliche Forelle, allerdings magerer als der zubereitete Lachs und eignet sich dadurch als perfekter Kompromiss.
